Job summary

Ironclad Powered by Mersino is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow the assigned territory by prospecting, qualifying leads, and delivering compelling sales presentations. You will provide industry-specific solutions and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs; support is available for Tank, Box, Filtration Pumps, Pipes, and Hoses.

The role requires 4+ years of sales experience or a relevant degree with 2+ years in sales, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), and a valid

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience, or a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of sales experience.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to multitask with high attention to detail and follow through.
• Willingness to work in indoor and outdoor environments, exposure to dust and noise.
• Proven track record of growing a territory and existing accounts through referrals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong computer skills.
• Preferred experience with Industrial Tank, Box, Filtration, and Petrochemical, Construction, Mining, or Oil & Gas fluid/solid management.
• Valid driver's license; up to 10% overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop assigned territory through prospecting, cold calls, qualifying leads, and referrals; set appointments and deliver presentations.
• Provide exceptional customer service with proposals and industry-specific solutions.
• Lead solution development and coordinate with team members.
• Offer technical support for Tank, Box, Filtration Pumps, Pipes, and Hoses at job sites.
• Collaborate with Branch and Regional Management to create annual sales plans and quarterly revenue goals.
• Interpret blueprints and CAD documentation.
• Keep CRM records up to date with opportunities and interactions.
