Job summary
IRONCLAD powered by Mersino in Houston, TX seeks a Regional Dewatering Solutions Specialist to lead complex dewatering and groundwater management projects across the region. You’ll own solutions from design to mobilization, execution and close-out, working at the intersection of Sales, Operations, Fleet, and Customer Solutions.
The role requires deep dewatering engineering knowledge, hands-on project management, and strong commercial awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, environmental science, or related field.
- 5+ years in construction/environmental dewatering or related projects.
- Strong project management, budgeting, and contractual experience.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional dewatering projects from design through close-out.
- Serve as regional technical SME for excavation dewatering and wellpoint systems.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Fleet, and customers to develop solutions.
- Manage procurement, crews, and subcontractors to perform the work.
- Ensure contracts, documentation, and mobilization readiness.
- Maintain safety and quality across field operations.
