Galderma Laboratories, LP is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Immunology to lead and grow the field sales team across accounts and healthcare providers. You will develop commercial strategies, manage performance, and ensure alignment with CareConnect and access programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred for leadership roles.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience with 2+ years of managerial experience in Sales.
• 3+ years in a Sales Leadership role with direct reports and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate complex product and access program information for a wide range of customers.
• Strong relationship-building skills with institutions/accounts/pharmacies.
• Knowledge of pharmacy adjudication processes and reimbursement.
• Ability to lead informally within accounts and drive strategic outcomes.
• Deep understanding of US pharmaceutical market mechanics, regulatory aspects, and payor landscape.
• Experience in commercial planning, marketing, product launches, and sales analytics.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach Account Managers; plan and evaluate performance.
• Analyze data, trends, and performance to drive growth and net sales.
• Oversee use of Galderma CareConnect and access programs with stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of managed care related to Galderma products.
• Coordinate marketing, distribution, and manufacturing for access products.
• Develop processes to deliver customer-focused patient and provider services.
• Create and implement strategic plans to meet sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and travel requirements.
