Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years pharma experience with 2+ years in sales leadership.
• 3+ years in sales leadership with field force management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Launch experience preferred; dermatology space preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in strategic business meetings with Account Managers and HCPs; plan and execute sales meetings; evaluate performance.
• Analyze data and trends to drive product demand and net sales growth.
• Maintain knowledge of managed care and access programs (CareConnect and related programs).
• Develop processes to deliver patient and healthcare provider services; provide progress updates to leadership.
• Coach and measure outcomes of strategic business plans; ensure sales policy compliance.
