Job summary
Technogym is seeking a Sales Area Manager for the Central US hospitality and residential segment. You will drive regional sales targets, coach a team of sales professionals, and manage a diverse portfolio of products and services.
You will lead strategic plans, ensure customer satisfaction, and leverage CRM systems to extract market insights. This role requires strong negotiation skills, relationship management, and willingness to travel within the Central US.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar sales leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of P&L and financial solutions management.
- Ability to measure and analyze KPIs.
- Valid US Driver's License.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a sales team to meet or exceed targets.
- Develop and execute a regional sales plan to drive revenue and profitability.
- Implement sales processes and track quotas and performance metrics.
- Support closing high-value deals and negotiate contracts.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
