Job summary

Technogym in Houston, TX is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join the North America Field Sales team. This external role focuses on Hospitality & Residential partners, driving new business development and account management across hotels, leisure clubs and multi-residential properties.

You will own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close, travel extensively in the region, and nurture relationships with partners while delivering white-glove service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outbound field sales experience.
• Degree in Business Administration, Sales or equivalent.
• Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Industry knowledge and a strong professional network within Hospitality & Residential vertical.
• Comfortable with longer sales cycles and managing complex deals.
• Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP and Power BI.
• Excellent listening, communications and presentation abilities.
• Willing to travel regularly within the broader assigned territory.
• Valid US Driver's License and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential and current partners daily to nurture relationships.
• Travel regularly more than 50% of the time within the region.
• Own full sales cycle from outreach to close, with focus on in-person visits.
• Provide white glove service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved.
• Develop opportunities and update CRM with activity and leads.
• Maintain and expand existing relationships and seek new opportunities.
