Job summary

Colonial Group seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead all sales activities within the designated geographic region in the United States, Arizona. The role focuses on identifying and building relationships with distributors and manufacturers' representatives, and demonstrating product use to drive sales and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or 8 years in lieu of a degree.
• Proven track record of growth and success.
• Bondable with a valid driver's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Meet regional sales quota, including new product and promotional sales.
• Build distributor and manufacturer relationships with key decision makers.
• Make end-user calls to job sites and report to management at distributors.
• Attend tradeshows to develop a strong customer base and follow up with customers.
• Develop strategic account plans with distributors for growth.
• Execute programs to maximize sales while maintaining margins.
• Plan with top national accounts; set objectives with distributors and the Director of Sales.
• Prospect for new customers and channels, expand territory and update CRM daily.
• Maintain records and ensure company policies are followed.
• Perform other duties as required.
