Job summary

Mansfield Energy Corp. is seeking a Manager, Sales to drive regional sales in the Commercial and Industrial sectors, grow our customer base, and maximize gross margin.

You will lead and align sales teams with product line managers to ensure profitable volume, customer satisfaction, and efficient operations. The role requires extensive fuel industry knowledge, a Bachelor’s degree ( Advanced degree preferred ), and 5+ years of sales leadership in the petroleum sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of the fuel industry.
• Five (5) plus years of selling branded and unbranded product within the petroleum industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear goals for team members each year aligned to company goals.
• Develop a coaching strategy to achieve goals and provide feedback.
• Coordinate sales teams and product line managers to maximize earnings and volume growth.
• Build strong customer relationships to support retention and new business development.
• Lead budgeting, staffing and performance reviews for the department.
