Job summary

Unilever Food Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Chicago to lead the execution of customer engagement strategies offline and online with operators and trade partners to deliver growth in turnover, reach and penetration. You will coach a Customer Development team and drive plans across independent operators, chains, and distributors.

You will lead digital, data and eCom initiatives, manage key accounts, and help expand market reach through strategic campaigns and joint business

Qualifications

• 6+ years of working experience in the foodservice industry with proven sales track record.
• Understanding of digital and social media in selling.
• Passion for food and OOH industry a plus.
• Industry knowledge for Trade customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a Customer Development team.
• Accountable for delivering targets for Independent Operators, Chains and Trade Partners.
• Drive the annual operating plan and quarterly initiatives.
• Expand reach to regional restaurant chains and key accounts.
• Develop relationships with tier 2/3 distributors to promote Unilever Food Solutions products.
