Job summary

Continental Corporation in San Francisco, CA seeks a District Sales Leader to drive profitable growth across assigned regions. You will manage a team of 6-8, develop regional strategies for fleet accounts, and align pricing, product mix, and expenses with corporate goals.

The role requires relocating willingness within the Northwest, up to 50% travel, and a strong track record in tire/sales leadership. A company vehicle and sales incentive program are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree and 5 years of related professional experience or 10 years+ of experience if no Bachelor’s Degree
• Must be willing to live/relocate in the Northwest area
• Willing to travel up to 50%
• Valid Driver’s License
• Continental is able to offer relocation assistancefor candidates that are not already located in the region.

Responsibilities

• Direct district sales group (leading a team of 6-8) in achieving sales and profit targets.
• Identify target regional fleet accounts and assist territory sales managers in developing sales strategies.
• Manage people by directing and coaching; establish succession planning and attract, retain, and motivate field personnel.
• Forecast product inventory monthly with regional manager to ensure availability and manage district budgets.
