HireNow Staffing (Direct Placement Partner) is recruiting a Regional Fleet Revenue Expansion Director for an onsite, full-time leadership role in Southern California. You will lead regional commercial sales, mentor outside sales reps and key account managers, and expand fleet relationships to increase market share and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial tire sales, 2+ years in regional leadership, and a proven track record in B2B accounts, CRM usage, and revenue growth.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years of commercial tire sales experience.
• Minimum two years of regional sales leadership or management experience.
• Proven success managing B2B commercial fleet accounts and building strategic relationships.
• Strong knowledge of tire products, fleet maintenance, retreading, and transportation operations.
• Experience driving revenue growth through business development and account expansion.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute regional commercial sales strategies for revenue growth.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate sales reps and account managers across branches.
• Set measurable sales objectives and enforce accountability.
• Build long-term relationships with fleet operators and contractors.
• Manage regional key accounts and identify expansion opportunities.
• Conduct field ride-alongs, coaching, and leadership development.
• Develop pricing strategies and customer retention programs.
• Collaborate with branch managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales trends, competition, and forecasting data for strategy.
• Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline visibility, and reporting.
• Promote safety and continuous improvement across the region.
