Continental in the Northwest region seeks a district sales leader to guide a 6-8 person team and drive profitable growth. You will develop sales plans, optimize pricing and product mix, and ensure effective communication across accounts to hit targets in a global tire manufacturer environment.

You will forecast inventory, manage district budgets, and coach reps to excel in a dynamic market with strong customer partnerships and relocation opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required; 5 years related experience or 10+ years if no degree.
• Willing to relocate to the Northwest area and travel up to 50%.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead district sales group (6-8) to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Develop sales objectives for the district and assist strategy across accounts.
• Work with Sales Operations to implement pricing strategies and optimize mix.
• Forecast product inventory monthly with regional manager and manage budgets.
• Coach and develop field personnel to align with corporate objectives.
