Job summary

Continental is hiring a District Sales Leader to manage a 6-8 person team, drive profitability, and grow market share in designated Northwest regions. The role requires travel up to 50% and relocation as needed, with a strong emphasis on strategic pricing and customer growth.

You will partner with Sales Operations, forecast inventory, and shepherd your team to meet targets while coaching and developing district personnel. A valid driver’s license and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related professional experience, or 10 years+ of experience if no Bachelor’s Degree.
• Willing to live/relocate to the Northwest area and travel up to 50%.
• Legal Authorization to work in the US; Continental is not able to offer visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead a district sales group of 6-8 to hit sales and profitability targets.
• Develop regional sales strategies and pricing in collaboration with Sales Operations.
• Forecast product inventory monthly with the regional manager.
• Coach and develop field personnel and manage district budgets and expenses.
