Job summary

Continental in the Northwest is seeking a district sales leader to grow market share and profitability. You will direct a 6-8 person district team and align with sales channels to hit targets.

You will develop regional sales plans, forecast monthly inventory, and optimize pricing and product mix while communicating with fleet accounts and cross-functional teams. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of related professional experience or 10 years+ of experience if no Bachelor’s Degree
• Must be willing to live/relocate in the Northwest area
• Willing to travel up to 50%
• Valid Driver’s License
• Continental is able to offer relocation assistance for candidates that are not already located in the region.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement and achieve profitable growth plans in assigned areas by increasing market share, price positioning, product mix, and managing expenses.
• Direct district sales group (6-8 people) to achieve sales and profit targets and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop sales objectives for the territories and assist territory managers in strategies to capture fleets’ new and retread tire requirements.
