Continental is seeking a district sales leader in the Northwest area to drive profitability and market share for its Tires group sector. You will lead a district team, solicit new business while supporting current accounts, and shape regional sales strategies.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience or 10+ years without a degree, willingness to relocate, and up to 50% travel. A valid driver’s license and US work authorization are mandatory.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of related professional experience, or 10+ years of experience if no Bachelor's Degree.
• Willing to relocate to the Northwest area.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Legal Authorization to work in the US; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsabilidades

• Direct district sales group (leading a team of 6-8) to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Solicit profitable business opportunities while supporting existing accounts and identifying new growth.
• Develop sales objectives for sales territories and assist territory managers with strategies to win fleets’ tire needs.
• Manage people through coaching and succession planning; motivate field personnel.
• Forecast product inventory monthly with regional manager; monitor expenses and territory records.
