Priority-1, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager in Dallas South to build and lead a new segment as the company shifts toward technology-driven logistics. This role offers a path to transform operations and capitalize on growth potential.

You will lead a high-performance team, close contracts, and develop leads while collaborating with Home Office to refine systems and forecasts. A competitive compensation package with benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• At least one year of outside sales in the logistics industry is required.
• Must successfully complete Field Sales Training before Regional Sales Manager role.
• Proven track record selling logistics services in outside sales.
• A manager who leads by example with hiring, training, developing and inspiring teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on, team-oriented, solution-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and drive actions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to partner with Home Office to refine systems and implement best practices.
• Good business and financial acumen; desire to grow the business.
• Experience recruiting and managing a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-performance sales team.
• Train, mentor, and coach staff.
• Provide organization and leadership to the Sales Channels.
• Close contracts with new clients or existing clientele.
• Meet and exceed goals for new business.
• Develop leads within assigned sales territory.
• Meet with potential clients to determine profitability.
• Maintain CRM records and keep data up to date.
• Participate in sales meetings and forecasts, including close ratios.
• Collaborate with sales management on forecasts and goals.
