Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year outside sales in the logistics industry required.
• Experience hiring, training, coaching, and inspiring teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on, team-oriented, solution-driven mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with Home Office to refine systems and best practices.

Responsibilities
