Responsibilities include coaching districts, setting KPI priorities with the DSD and Operations Manager, and ensuring promotional displays are impactful. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

• Lead, coach, and develop the organization to meet sales targets.
• Evaluate market conditions and adjust KPI priorities with cross-functional teams.
• Provide training and coaching in-market with District Managers.
• Complete annual performance reviews and development plans.
• Collaborate across the organization and share best practices.
• Drive safety awareness and maintain compliance in all practices.
• Ensure promotions are executed with impactful displays.
