Job summary

Global Compression Services seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive the sales strategy across multiple branches and reps in the region. You will develop plans, monitor performance, and ensure revenue objectives are met.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing sales staff, managing budgets, and maintaining customer relationships while adhering to company policies and safety standards. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated, high-energy and have the desire to be successful.
• High school diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5 years of industry or sales management experience preferred.
• Experience using CRM software a plus.
• Must demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must demonstrate effective time management skills.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategy to increase sales and customer base.
• Manage multiple Sales Reps across multiple sales territories.
• Contributes to the development of the annual revenue budget for multiple sales territories.
• Develops and manages operational budget for sales effort.
• Responsible for meeting sales revenue objectives.
• Creates and maintains sales processes and procedures.
• Establishes and maintains sales areas for Sales Reps.
• Helps develop and maintain customer relations.
• Generates quotes and review quotes of sales staff.
• Recruits and maintains capable sales staff.
• Responsible for training and development of sales staff.
• Ensures safety of both the workplace and workforce.
• Adheres to and enforces all company policies and procedures.
