Job summary

Global Compression Services LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to own sales performance across a defined Denver region. You will lead a team of Compressor Aftermarket Field Sales representatives and drive revenue, margins, and strategic relationships with operators and midstream clients.

The role requires 7+ years in sales (2+ in leadership) with strong knowledge of gas compression equipment, aftermarket service models, and a robust regional network.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience in compression, oilfield services, or industrial equipment.
• 2+ years in a sales leadership or coaching capacity.
• Strong network with upstream/midstream operators in the region.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue and margin targets for the region.
• Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team.
• Build and manage relationships with operators, midstream companies, and channel partners.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned to growth strategy.
• Collaborate with other sales teams on cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM and report performance.
