Job summary

Coldspring is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Commercial market in the Northeast. You will promote and sell our custom fabricated stone to architects, designers, and contractors across MA, CT, NH, VT, ME, and parts of Canada, with entrepreneurial independence and support from the Minnesota home office.

This full-time role requires 60% travel to customer sites and industry events while maintaining a home-based office in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3–5 years of industry-related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with natural stone/fabrication a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Coldspring’s stone to architects, designers, and contractors.
• Develop and manage territory net orders and pricing.
• Travel within assigned region to customer sites, industry events, and shows (60%+).
• Collaborate with marketing, project management, and home office support to win projects.
