Job summary

LaundryLuxDistribution is seeking an Area Sales Representative to develop and manage new and existing customers in the Southern California region, including Orange County and Ventura. You will drive sales across Electrolux vended and OPL segments, manage a CRM, and coordinate installations and training.

The role requires travel by car within the territory, strong communication, and the ability to interpret technical specs and drawings. Competitive compensation with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prospecting: new business development, or direct sales experience.
• Background in equipment sales, construction, or machinery sales is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in the commercial laundry industry and products.
• Read and interpret technical specifications, architectural drawings, and construction plans.
• Visit potential customers regularly, collect information for CRM.
• Maintain and report on sales pipeline; provide timely quotes.
• Coordinate product shipments, installations, and purchases to meet timelines.
• Attend industry trade shows and events to drive sales activity.
• Participate in regular review meetings to set and adjust targets.
• Enter orders into Epicor and oversee on-site installations when needed.
