Job summary

SPX Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Engineered Air Movement (EAM) to drive profitable sales growth across an assigned territory.

You will develop and strengthen the representative and dealer network, expand customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities. You will implement regional sales strategies that support revenue, bookings, margins, service, and aftermarket growth while collaborating with sales, engineering, and operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, including managing independent reps, distributors, dealers, or other channels.
• Proven success achieving sales, bookings, revenue, and/or margin growth.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and strengthen the representative and dealer network within the assigned territory.
• Establish territory sales goals and review performance with representatives.
• Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate pipeline, bookings, revenue, and opportunities.
• Provide commercial guidance and support on major opportunities, including negotiations and deal closure.
• Develop strategies for pricing levels and discount approvals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual bookings and revenue goals.
