SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to guide the sales team across Bloomington, MN and surrounding regions. You will set training programs, develop multi-location strategies, and push teams to exceed short- and long-term targets while aligning with marketing.

You will lead with servant leadership, coach staff, forecast budgets, and build strong market relationships to grow share in building materials and related products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales/management.
• Knowledge of building materials or construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish sales objectives and quotas for regions/territories.
• Forecast, monitor, and drive annual sales and profit.
• Execute sales strategies, plans, and promotions.
• Maintain pricing, product mix, and respond to market trends.
• Develop budgets and allocate resources; recruit and train staff.
• Collaborate with marketing to identify new customer segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with key markets and major accounts.
