Job summary

Vanteo’s BDV Cultural Exchange is building a net-new regional sales function. You will own a territory, a quota, and a four-rep team, mapping districts, charter networks, and voucher-funded schools while driving outbound, events, and referrals.

Lead from the front to close large multi-brand opportunities, partner with state education agencies, and ensure collaboration across the five brands. This is a high-velocity, long-cycle environment with accountability for results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in new-business B2B or B2G sales with consistent attainment.
• 2+ years leading or coaching sellers with a track record of hiring and developing reps.
• Proven ability to build a funnel from nothing in education services or related sectors.
• Understanding of how public districts, charter networks, private and voucher-funded schools buy.
• Comfort with long, relationship-driven sales cycles (2–3 years).
• Knowledge of J-1 or education staffing is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own a regional funnel and quota; manage a four-rep team plus contractors.
• Lead prospecting, outbound, events, and referrals to fill the top of the funnel.
• Develop and maintain relationships with state Departments of Education and other partners.
• Coach reps to qualify, propose, and close deals; ensure contract execution.
• Maintain accurate HubSpot data; forecast and report region commitments.
• Collaborate with other brand teams to share leads and coordinate multi-brand opportunities.
