Solta Medical is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a cross-functional regional team driving growth across its aesthetic portfolio. The role focuses on capital equipment new account acquisition and increasing consumable procedure utilization.

The position emphasizes leadership development, strategic planning, and collaboration with Marketing, Training, Inside Sales, and Clinical teams. Will travel extensively to build a high-performance sales organization.

Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years sales experience in aesthetics/medical devices or related healthcare.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams.
• Proven success selling both capital devices and consumables.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop regional sales teams to meet quarterly/annual targets.
• Develop regional sales strategy for capital devices and consumables.
• Partner with Marketing, Training, Inside Sales, and Clinical teams to drive growth.
• Use Salesforce/CRM for forecasts, pipeline visibility, and reporting.
• Represent Solta at industry meetings and trade shows.
