Solta Medical seeks a dynamic Regional Sales Leader to drive growth across its aesthetic portfolio, focusing on new account acquisition and increased procedural utilization.

You will lead a cross-functional team, recruit and mentor sales staff, and develop strategic regional plans while collaborating with Marketing, Training, and Clinical teams. Expect 75% travel, extensive client engagement, and a strong emphasis on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• 7+ years sales experience in aesthetics/medical devices; 2+ years leading sales teams.
• Proven success selling capital equipment and consumables.
• Strong business acumen and territory strategy aligned to national objectives.
• Consultative selling skills; strong closing of high-value capital sales.
• Established relationships with aesthetic professionals preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a regional team to meet sales objectives.
• Foster a high-performance culture with accountability and growth.
• Conduct field rides and business reviews to assess performance.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and create development plans for sales talent.
• Develop and implement strategic regional plans for capital and consumables.
• Partner with Marketing, Training, Inside Sales, and Clinical teams to drive growth.
• Analyze sales metrics and territory trends to identify opportunities.
• Represent Solta at industry meetings and trade shows.
• Manage territory coverage, travel, and budgets.
• Use Salesforce/CRM for forecasts and pipeline visibility.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
