Job summary

Solta is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Leader to guide a team of Capital and Consumable Sales Representatives in the aesthetics/medical devices space. You will coach, develop, and drive regional plans to meet aggressive quarterly and annual targets.

You will partner with Marketing, Training, Inside Sales, and Clinical teams to optimize pull-through, brand awareness, and procedural growth, while managing travel, budgets, and forecasting through Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree/certifications preferred.
• 7+ years sales experience in aesthetics/medical devices; 2+ years leading sales teams.
• Proven success selling both capital and consumables; balance new business & growth.
• Strong business acumen; consultative selling; closing high-value capital sales.
• Preferred: relationships with aesthetic professionals (plastic surgeons, dermatologists).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Travel up to 75% (some weekends); up to 50% overnight; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a regional team to meet sales targets.
• Foster a high-performance culture and professional growth.
• Conduct field rides and business reviews to coach and align practices.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard sales talent with development plans.
• Develop regional business plans for capital devices and consumables.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize pull-through and growth.
• Analyze metrics to identify opportunities and guide reps’ focus.
• Represent Solta at industry meetings and trade shows.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Forecast and report using Salesforce/CRM; manage travel budgets.
