Schlumberger Limited is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Windrock to craft and execute a regional channel strategy for wireless sensors across targeted customers and applications. The role supports Hobbs, NM and surrounding markets in Midland, Amarillo, or Lubbock.

You will identify customer needs, establish relationships, and drive growth through direct and channel sales, while coordinating with marketing and technology teams to optimize product strategies and meet growth targets.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Experience with condition monitoring and wireless sensor applications.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Identify customer needs, vision cast, and sales opportunities to drive growth.
• Establish business relationships and communicate customer requirements.
• Provide technical/product training for customers at target accounts.
• Define and execute regional strategy for years 1–3.
• Develop strategic account plans leveraging internal and external channel resources.
• Drive sales through direct relationships, distributors, and other entities.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Technology to evaluate solution approaches.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM records and forecast with KPI-based reporting.
