Job summary

BJT, a leading packaging equipment manufacturer, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable growth in the assigned region. You will develop end‑user clients and distributor partners, promote automated sustainable packaging solutions, and build long‑term win‑win partnerships.

You will conduct on-site consultations, manage the full order lifecycle, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet revenue, margin and service targets while supporting customers’ sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of B2B sales or business development in packaging/industrial/manufacturing or logistics.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets and building direct and channel partnerships.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with credibility at all customer levels.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, results-driven and able to work independently in a field-based role with travel.
• Reliable, diligent and honest with a strong sense of responsibility in field sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional growth by developing end-user customers and distributor partners.
• Manage full-cycle sales, including new accounts, retention, channel expansion and post-sales support.
• Hit revenue, gross margin and cash collection KPIs to deliver regional performance.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
• Conduct on-site consultations to understand client workflows and recommend packaging solutions.
• Oversee order lifecycle from confirmation to shipment and delivery, ensuring accuracy.
