Job summary

ForceMetrics is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the Miami area and beyond. You will lead sales efforts for a data analytics platform targeting police departments and public safety agencies, building data pipelines, and delivering compelling demonstrations.

You will work with leadership to define go-to-market strategy, set goals, and develop processes to bring ForceMetrics to a wide audience while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external advisors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field sales experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space, with expertise in data integration, analytics, and business intelligence.
• Top performer, consistently landing in the top 10% of stack rankings.
• Proven track record of quota attainment greater than $1M ARR/year in net new logos.
• Experience selling to public sector B2G vertical.
• Excellent executive-level communication and relationship management skills.
• Able to work in a lean, fast-paced team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop a nationwide growth strategy for public safety agency presence and successful deal closures.
• Own the law enforcement sector in the assigned territory and exceed sales quotas.
• Demonstrate ForceMetrics platform value to agencies through differentiated product demonstrations.
• Represent ForceMetrics at industry events and build relationships with agencies and officials.
• Streamline internal sales processes from prospecting to onboarding and manage a robust pipeline.
• Collaborate with leadership to set goals and tailor customer solutions.
