Job summary

ForceMetrics is seeking a Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution in a fully remote role. You will surface customer problems, translate them into clear user stories, and shepherd features from ideation through launch.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap, validate direction with customer feedback, and ensure successful integration of datasets and APIs into the platform.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a Product Manager role within a SaaS environment, ideally public safety or data-intensive products.
• Strong data fluency and experience with APIs/integrations to drive decision-making.
• Experience in fast-moving startups with ambiguity and rapid execution.
• Proven ability to contribute in a small, cross-functional team and own outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and translate product strategy into user stories and requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and GTM to shape the roadmap.
• Lead discovery, user interviews, and feedback reviews to steer product direction.
• Work with Engineering on timelines, deliverables, and product quality.
• Support data onboarding, datasets, and third-party APIs integration into the platform.
