Job summary

ForceMetrics is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow our presence in the Miami area and beyond. You will drive sales of our data analytics platform to police and public safety agencies, build relationships with stakeholders, and lead go-to-market initiatives across leadership, marketing, and operations.

The role focuses on developing a comprehensive sales strategy, owning territory development, and presenting differentiated product value to senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field sales experience in enterprise software/SaaS.
• Proven track record of closing net new logos and achieving quotas (> $1M ARR per year).
• Experience selling to public sector (B2G).
• Strong data integration, analytics, and BI understanding.
• Excellent executive-level verbal and written communication."
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep familiarity with the ForceMetrics platform and its use cases.
• Travel to client sites to educate and demo the product.
• Forecasting and pipeline management to ensure transparency.
• Manage the sales pipeline using MEDDPICC methodology.
