Kustom Signals, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across public safety markets. You will build trusted relationships with law enforcement and government agencies, conduct demos, and manage a sales pipeline using Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of technical B2B sales experience, preferably in law enforcement or traffic safety tech.
• Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 75%).
• Proven consultative selling, territory strategy, and influencing purchasing decisions.
• Technically adept with troubleshooting and end-user training.
• Strong communication and writing skills; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong, trust-based relationships with law enforcement agencies and governmental entities.
• Strategically grow sales through prospecting, presentations, demos, and territory planning.
• Manage your sales pipeline and customer relationships using Salesforce CRM.
• Deliver hands-on product demonstrations and training—both in-person and virtually.
• Travel extensively (approx. 75% of the time), including some evenings and weekends.
• Recommend tailored solutions that align with each agency’s needs and challenges.
• Monitor competitors and contribute insights to overall market strategy.
• Maintain and manage demo equipment for your region.
• Be a reliable, proactive partner to customers and a valued team member across the organization.
