Job summary

Mate Precision Technologies is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Western and Central US territory with a remote-first approach and regional travel to support fabrication specialists and key accounts. You will drive strategic growth, mentor a high-performing team, and strengthen customer relationships across the region.

In this role, you will develop regional sales strategies, collaborate with marketing and operations, and represent Mate at industry events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of sales and/or sales management experience in a related industry.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; familiarity with CAD or programming software is a plus.
• Ability to travel regionally with approximately 9-11 overnights per month
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
