Qualifications

• Experience in platinum group metals markets and their industrial applications.
• Proven track record in managing customers and driving revenue.
• Understanding of PGM refining processes and related economics.
• Strong negotiation skills to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
• Ability to position solutions in complex customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue targets for assigned accounts and drive growth for the US refining.
• Direct sales negotiations on behalf of Johnson Matthey to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
• Deliver pricing improvements and commercial best practice.
• Identify and develop new business and displacement opportunities.
• Work closely with the wider Johnson Matthey Commercial teams to support on PGM circularity and full service offering.
• Review and optimize feed intakes for the refining business.
• Develop, maintain and deliver against account plans.
