Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry (required); Master’s preferred.
• Proven experience in account management within a technical or scientific environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to position solutions in complex customer environments.
• Effective written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple opportunities and customer relationships.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or agrochemical markets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver financial targets across assigned accounts and segments within the region.
• Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers to support long-term growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including project pipelines and displacement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as R&D, Legal, Finance and Production to support commercial activity.
• Lead or support contract and supply agreement negotiations with key customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and customer engagement.
