Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to support small to medium customers and manage distribution, while engaging with large accounts and cross-functional teams. You will generate leads, define territories, and deliver technical solutions across channels—face-to-face, phone, and email.

The role emphasizes sales analytics, forecast collaboration with Production and Supply Chain, and building long-term customer relationships in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience; U.S. work authorization required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; develop the sales plan with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
