Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest region, overseeing ZEKS Air Treatment products including dryers, filters, and condensate management. You will drive sales growth, manage distributors, and expand market presence through strategic account planning and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires building strong customer relationships, conducting site visits and product demonstrations, and delivering territory forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of technical sales experience in industrial equipment or related sectors.
• 5+ years of experience with air treatment solutions (dryers, filtration, condensate management).
• 5+ years of distributor/channel management experience.
• 1+ year of experience with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets for the Midwest territory.
• Develop regional sales plans with forecasting and pipeline management.
• Identify market opportunities and drive product penetration.
• Manage and support authorized distributors across the Midwest.
• Conduct distributor reviews, trainings, and joint sales planning.
• Build relationships with end users, OEMs, and contractors.
• Perform site visits, product demos, and solution-based selling.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM entries.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Customer Service.
• Prepare territory performance reports and manage travel/budgets.
