Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive Midwest sales for ZEKS Air Treatment products, including dryers, filters and condensate management. You will manage distributors, engage end users, and plan regional growth with cross-functional support.

The role requires strong channel management, CRM usage, and field sales execution. This remote position travels up to 50% within the Midwest and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or related field.
• 5+ years of technical sales experience in industrial Equipment.
• 5+ years with air treatment solutions (dryers, filtration, condensate).
• 5+ years distributor/channel management experience.
• 1+ years using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets for the Midwest territory.
• Develop regional sales plans, forecast, and pipeline management.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive penetration.
• Manage and support authorized distributors and reviews.
• Provide training, pricing support, and competitive positioning.
