Job summary

Happy Global Inc. in Dallas seeks a Regional Execution Officer to translate the headquarters strategy into regional sales and customer satisfaction through precise data analysis and frontline operations.

You will monitor regional sales, support display optimization, and lead weekly briefs; you will visit VIP stores to ensure product placement and collect feedback, while coordinating regional promotions and gift distributions.

Qualifications

• Willingness to conduct frequent in-person store visits (70% fieldwork)
• Strong data literacy and ability to translate insights into actions
• Experience in FMCG/retail is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration with store partners

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily regional sales data, terminal sell-through, and store-level performance.
• Produce weekly/monthly regional briefs with actionable insights.
• Regularly visit VIP/chain stores to inspect displays, optimize on-shelf availability, and coordinate sampling.
• Coordinate regional gift distribution and collect feedback from stores and wholesale customers.
• Engage with secondary wholesalers, explain campaigns, and gather downstream terminal information.
• Oversee regional promotional activities, pre-event prep, material distribution, tracking, and post-campaign reviews to ensure flawless execution.
