Qualifications

• Operational leadership: Oversees retail execution across a region, ensuring consistent delivery of client KPIs
• People and organizational development: Leads multi-layered teams; drives performance management, individual development plans, and succession planning
• Business and financial management: Manages budgets, operating income, and expense controls for assigned region
• Client partnership management: Serves as primary contact for retail clients within region and ensures alignment to goals and expectations
• Strategic execution and change leadership: Implements national programs and strategic initiatives within region and drives adoption of new programs or tools across regions
