Bear Robotics seeks a Regional Sales Executive I to drive new business and expand existing accounts across hospitality verticals including restaurants, hotels, casinos, and arenas. You will develop Referral Partners and manage a regional pipeline to meet revenue targets.

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to tailor demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and ensure a seamless deployment via RaaS offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• +5 years outside sales experience.
• Previous Hospitality Sales experience.

Responsibilities

• New Business Acquisition: prospect for new opportunities within the region and engage in sales techniques to acquire new accounts.
• Client Relationship Management: cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upsell opportunities.
• Sales Presentations and Negotiations: conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations; negotiate contracts.
• Revenue Growth: meet/exceed regional sales targets and drive growth.
• Market Research: stay informed on industry trends to identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaboration: work with marketing, product development, and customer support for a seamless experience.
• Sales Reporting: prepare regular sales reports and analyses.
