Bear Robotics, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Executive I to drive new business and manage key accounts across hospitality and related verticals in the Los Angeles region.

You will cultivate referral partners, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to secure revenue growth. You will collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience, while maintaining CRM dashboards and contributing to a territory-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• +5 years outside sales experience required.
• Experience in hospitality sales is preferred.
• Experience selling highly technical products and services.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new business within the region and manage existing accounts.
• Develop referral partners and expand revenue in assigned verticals.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure favorable terms.
• Meet or exceed regional sales targets and quotas.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support.
• Maintain CRM data, dashboards, and territory performance.
• Support RaaS strategy and participate in trade shows.
