Job summary

Nozomi Networks is looking for a Sales Engineer for the North Central region, responsible for supporting and guiding clients through the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong cybersecurity knowledge, proven technical sales experience, and an ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. The role requires a willingness to travel and a strong work ethic to meet clients' needs in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in customer-facing roles as a Security Consultant, System Integrator or System Engineer.
• Solid understanding and experience of complex networks, protocols, and networking technologies.
• Experience in Cyber Security, ideally incident management or pentesting.
• Proven experience delivering effective training programs for partners.
• Good written and spoken English proficiency.
• Availability and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and partners during pre-sales, sales, and post-sales activities.
• Qualify sales opportunities from a technical perspective.
• Act as a technical focal point in managing communications with customers.
• Follow up with customers for resolution of issues or new feature requests.
• Enable and train partners to effectively sell and support our solutions.
