Qualifications

• 5+ years healthcare sales
• 3+ years sales leadership
• Proven success exceeding sales goals within specialty pharmacy
• Strong healthcare provider and strategic-account relationships
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and hold sales teams accountable
• Strong territory planning, CRM, and performance-management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 50–70%

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and develop Account Executives
• Lead field rides, performance reviews, sales meetings, and business reviews
• Establish regional sales plans, goals, and performance expectations
