USME is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Director to expand our account base in the U.S. USME is in a high growth mode, providing medical equipment services to hospitals and medical facilities across the nation.

Job Summary

This is a hands-on role that will require travel across the territory when supporting, managing, and training the business development representatives in your defined territory. The selected candidate will have a successful background in sales management, having managed a sales team in a specified territory with defined sales quotas. Preference may be given to candidates who have a background in medical equipment sales/leasing, medical sales, or healthcare.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and train a team of business development representatives (BDRs) in your defined territory
  • Assist BDRs in prospecting and developing business to achieve quota
  • Work with BDRs to develop proposals for presentation to customer
  • Contact prospective customers to determine needs and perform sales presentations to match company's products and identified needs
  • Schedule and steward regular regional sales team meetings team with aligned agenda
  • Drive follow up and next actions via formal sales process to achieve revenue
  • Maintain sales records and prepares sales reports as required
  • Provide follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with products provided

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business or sales management required
    • Minimum of ten years selling experience in medical sales
    • Minimum of three years of sales team management required
    • Experience creating focused, collaborative, results-driven teams
    • Proven, consistent over achievement of sales quotas required
    • Highly motivated sales starter and ability to work independently
