Barracuda Networks is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead an outside sales team across the MidAtlantic region, driving revenue growth in Barracuda’s Security and Data Protection portfolio. Ideal candidate has a proven track record of hiring, coaching, and leading high-performing teams across mid-market, SLED, enterprise, and channel accounts, and will be based in Alpharetta, GA or nearby.

• BA/BS required; 5+ years managing regional sales teams.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and closing skills.
