Cato Networks is seeking a Regional Sales Director to own the sales cycle within a defined territory, targeting mid-to-large accounts and building lasting relationships with key decision-makers such as CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs. The role focuses on strategic growth, partner collaboration, and driving revenue in a rapidly expanding SaaS and cybersecurity space.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in territory sales within cybersecurity, SaaS, or related industries.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, SaaS, or networking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in your territory from prospecting to closing with mid-to-large accounts.
• Engage with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs and align solutions with business needs.
• Position solutions as integral to customers' long-term success and be a trusted advisor in the territory.
• Manage varying-length sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and maintain momentum.
• Use sales data and pipeline metrics to refine strategies for ongoing success.
• Collaborate with the sales team and partners to expand market reach.
