Job summary

Barracuda Networks, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead an outside sales team and drive the strategy for the Southeast region in Barracuda's Security and Data Protection portfolio.

You will hire, coach, and lead top performers across mid-market, SLED, enterprise, and channel accounts. The role requires a track record of building revenue, managing a channel ecosystem, and negotiating profitable deals.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years managing a sales team across multiple regions.
• Proven closing and negotiation skills.
• Experience in mid-market and enterprise sales & marketing.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt priorities.
• Proven track record in transactional and project-based sales.
• Passion for Security/Storage markets.
• Strong sales processes and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strong sales leader to maximize region revenue.
• Develop the region's channel business and negotiate favorable terms.
• Drive monthly and quarterly results and sustain growth.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline across product segments.
• Build and manage a talent pipeline; travel as needed to lead teams.
• Establish relationships with partners and end customers to drive regional success.
